Born into a family of small business owners, Lauren saw the struggles and successes of running small businesses from a young age. After watching her family and working in a variety of local businesses herself, she developed a desire to help grow the businesses in her community. Her passion increases constantly as she sees the results of her work impact the  community. By assisting small businesses with growth, the local economy is stimulated, local families are fed, and local lives are affected. While Lauren's personal passion is the driving force behind Richman, she brings a well versed portfolio of professional experience to the table. Several years in the world of small business, 4+ years in the field of marketing, and a bachelor's degree in marketing management all make her a valuable asset to clients.
